Frequently asked questions
Cycle 1 bills are due on the 15th of the month. Cycle 2 bills are due on the 25th of the month. All bills are charged a late fee after the due date and must be paid within 10 days of the due date to avoid disconnection.
Simply call or come by our office between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. You will have to sign documents to acquire or change service.
A phone call is best. Call the office at (931) 684-1667 between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM. If after hours, call the water plant at (931) 294-5117.
