Bedford County Utility District seeks to be the premier provider of water and natural gas service for Bedford County. We desire to be courteous, dependable, and efficient in our relationships with our customers.

Frequently asked questions
Cycle 1 bills are due on the 15th of the month. Cycle 2 bills are due on the 25th of the month. All bills are charged a late fee after the due date and must be paid within 10 days of the due date to avoid disconnection.
Simply call or come by our office between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. You will have to sign documents to acquire or change service.

Pay Online or Over the Phone
We offer the ability to pay your bill online, as well as over the phone through our automated IVR system. To pay online, simply click the “Pay Online” button located at the top right of the page. To pay by phone, you can call the automated system at (877) 795-0944.
